[ci skip] remove unnecessary mention to Test::Unit from docs

activesupport/lib/active_support/inflector/methods.rb、 guides/source/configuring.mdの修正です。

デフォルトのテストフレームワークについて説明している箇所をTest::Unit -> Minitestに修正、及びactivesupport/lib/active_support/inflector/methods.rbのdoc内のexampleでTest::Unitクラスを使用していたのを使用しないよう修正しています。
