Remove the paragraph about Rails::Server#middleware
rails guideのRails on Rackの修正です。
Remove ContentLength middleware from the defaults.でContentLengthがロードされなくなり、デフォルトでロードされるmiddlewareが無くなった為、 Rails::Server#middlewareについて説明している段落をまるまる削除しています。

rails guideのRails Internationalization (I18n) APIの修正です。
Setting the Locale from URL Paramsの項、default_url_optionsメソッドについて説明している箇所で、文末に"このメソッドは〜"と説明されている箇所で、メソッド名を明確に指定するよう修正しています。

Getting Started with Railsガイドに貼られていた画像が、古いページのままだったのを、最新のページの画像に更新しています。
