Update streaming_template_renderer.rb

actionview/lib/action_view/renderer/streaming_template_renderer.rbの修正です。

render_templateメソッド内のlayout_nameが定義済みかどうかのチェックを削除しています。処理の内容的に、必ず値が定義済みになっている為。
