Update "Eagerly Requiring Helpers" section in testing docs [ci skip]
rails guideのTesting Rails Applicationsの修正です。
テスト用helperファイルを分割した場合のexampleの、ファイルのパスをtest/test_helpersに修正しています。
Fix test guides for test helpersの変更内容と合わせる為。
